Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service team in Shakopee. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who can build relationships, communicate effectively, and help customers confidently navigate their vehicle’s service and repair needs.

  What You’ll Do
  • Greet customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the service process
  • Listen to customer concerns and identify vehicle maintenance and repair needs

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service department
  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously
