Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dealership Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and guidance while coordinating with the various departments within the dealership. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their automotive service needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the dealership's service departments, including the automotive technicians, parts department, and sales team.
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently and manage the service timeline to ensure prompt completion of work.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document any issues or concerns reported by the customer.
  • Provide detailed estimates of repair costs and explain the recommended repairs to the customer.
  • Offer additional services or maintenance packages based on vehicle condition, manufacturer recommendations, and customer requirements.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle service, including any delays or additional repairs required.
