Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, assess service needs, and advise on recommended maintenance and repairs

  • Prepare repair orders, communicate with technicians, and provide clear updates to customers

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism, accuracy, and follow-through

  • Assist the Service Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, workflow coordination, reporting, and quality control

  • Help maintain department organization and support daily operations to enhance efficiency

  • Review service history, warranty coverage, and pricing with customers

  • Handle customer concerns and help maintain positive dealership relationships

  • Contribute to process improvements and department performance goals

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of automotive service advisor experience required

  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes

  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment

  • Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and service software

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to assist in administrative functions

  • A team-oriented mindset with leadership potential

  • Valid driverโ€™s license

  • Experience with CDK and X-Time is preferred
  • Spanish Speaker a PLUS!
