Davis Chevrolet's Service Department located in Houston, TX is currently interviewing exceptional people for an Automotive Service Advisor Position . Our business is literally booming and we do not have enough advisors to handle our volume! Automotive Service Advisor experience/certifications are preferred but we would like to talk with all qualified candidates.
Especially interested in advisors with dealership service experience, especially with a General Motors dealership.
We are a family owned dealership and a company with great history! We offer competitive compensation and have great benefits that include medical, vision, dental, and 401(k).
Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Responsibilities:
  • Schedule customer service appointments
  • Greeting customers in a professional manner
  • Accurate write up of customer concerns
  • Convey expected costs and obtain approval for repairs
  • Tracking of vehicle and communicating progress to customer
  • Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
  • Performing any additional task assigned by management
