Our bustling Porsche service and restoration facility seeks a capable and organized automotive service advisor who will work full-time to maintain customer outreach, develop relationships before, during, and after services, and write cost estimates.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $100,000


Responsibilities:
  • Leverage automotive technology and product knowledge to clearly address customer needs and share the status of service appointments
  • Maintain the service department schedule and slot appointments for vehicle repairs
  • Work with the dealership auto service porter to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick-up
  • Appropriately file all automotive documents such as maintenance records, invoices, repair orders, and more
  • Resolve customer complaints and make follow-up calls to facilitate a positive service center experience
  • Address customer concerns and conduct thoughtful follow-up to ensure they are happy with repair work
  • Oversee the schedule for service department technicians’ repairs
  • Communicate necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments by explaining automotive technology in a clear, digestible manner

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
  • A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is required
  • Prior experience in a service advisor role not required but is highly preferred
  • Exemplary Microsoft Office program and general computer skills are mandatory
  • Porsche service and/or repair experience preferred
