Job Summary:
The Toyota Service Advisor at Classic Toyota in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina is a Full Time, individual contributor role in the Auto industry. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Toyota vehicle owners by managing their service needs and ensuring their satisfaction. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between the customer and the service technicians, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are communicated effectively and completed in a timely manner.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, and employee discounts.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them
  • Utilize dealership and manufacturer service guidelines to determine necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Communicate maintenance or repair recommendations and costs to customers
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers
  • Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and customer interactions
  • Manage service technicians' schedules and ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary
  • Inform customers of additional services or promotions offered by the dealership
  • Stay up-to-date on Toyota products, services, and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organized service reception area

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college or vocational training preferred
