Bay Ridge Mazda is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team in Brooklyn. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy service drive, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in delivering a smooth and professional service experience.
We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and works well as part of a structured, team-oriented environment.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming first impression.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Write repair orders, provide service estimates, and present recommended maintenance.
  • Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following Mazda service processes.
  • Help the service team achieve daily and monthly performance goals.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred.
  • Mazda or other OEM dealership experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment.
  • Comfortable using dealership DMS and scheduling systems (Reynolds experience is a plus).
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record.
