Job Summary
The Automotive Service Advisor at Findlay Mazda Henderson is a full-time, commission-only customer service role that is vital to the success of the dealership. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, the Service Advisor presents the image and reputation of Findlay Mazda with professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a commission only position, with on-target earnings expected to be up to $50,000 per year in addition to a complete benefits package. This includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as vacation time.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers promptly with a friendly and professional attitude
• Listen actively and respond to customer questions and inquiries
• Provide thorough descriptions of service opportunities and answer related questions
• Assess needs for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• Write a detailed estimate of service repair cost and time
• Schedule appointments and prepare service orders
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Review billing statements for accuracy
• Ensure that work is complete and customer is completely satisfied
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior automotive service advisor experience, preferred
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
