We are seeking an Associate Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Waltham, MA.
 

Job Summary

The Associate Sales Operations Analyst is an integral role on the GTM -Sales Operations team contributing to the growth and expansion of the CRO function. This role is highly visible and key to driving critical strategic initiatives for the sales organization. The Sales Operations Analyst will turn ambiguous problems into actionable solutions. This role will identify opportunities, align across cross-functional stakeholders, conduct data analytics, bookings forecasting, pipeline analysis, working with data and doing analysis and modelling.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day sales operations activities to help improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor data quality and help identify inconsistencies, missing information, or process gaps.
  • Assist with creating and distributing recurring sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Focus on data and modelling to drive improvements in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
  • Provide insights on sales trends and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate and work cross functionally.
  • Proactively monitors and drives system clean up efforts to ensure quality and data accuracy of supporting sales data.
  • Other duties as assigned and required

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years’ experience in Sales Operations /Finance /Business Operations.
  • Working with large complex data sets.
  • Experience in Salesforce and reporting.
  • Good knowledge of excel.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
This position offers a total compensation range of $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
