Job Summary: Sales Operations Analyst (Contract)
Location: Waltham, MA 02451 | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
About the Role
Are you a data-driven professional passionate about optimizing sales processes and enabling commercial teams to succeed? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Analyst and drive impactful change across strategic accounts. Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize internal templates and standardized processes for effective communication and ongoing innovation.
- Collect and analyze current sales processes and templates used by strategic accounts to identify opportunities for standardization and improved analytics.
- Design and roll out new processes and templates that enhance internal and external discussions.
- Support strategic account leaders in adopting, implementing, and refining standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Business Units, Finance, and IT to optimize data collection and content development.
- Lead internal planning meetings with clear objectives, actionable follow-up, and effective communications to ensure project execution.
- Represent the Strategic Accounts team in customer surveys, RFI/RFPs, and complex information requests, delivering solutions that drive efficiency and build client trust.
- Share best practices and develop new strategies with peers to address client needs and drive business growth.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in science or business.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or commercial business/portfolio management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from large datasets.
- Proven project management expertise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communicator with demonstrated executive presence and influence at all levels.
