Job Overview:

Pay Range: $19.03hr - $24.03hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 3+ years of previous analytical experience including spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and IT.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up new hires across multiple business systems and ensure appropriate system access.
  • Manage account alignment and maintain sales roster files.
  • Support Salesforce approval processes and user administration.
  • Maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity across sales systems and reporting tools.
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc reports for Sales leadership.
  • Resolve case corrections and troubleshoot client-related issues.
  • Manage and follow up on CET support tickets.
  • Support month-end activities and partner with Finance on no-charge requests.
  • Track IT development projects and provide project status updates.
  • Update SM3 funnel presentation on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational enhancements.
  • Provide end-user support and training for sales tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business operations.
