Sales Operations Analyst Intern
The ability to take ownership of projects from inception through execution is essential. The ability to multi-task and prioritize while managing multiple projects and maintaining keen attention to detail on tight timelines is also a key ingredient for success in this position. The personality needed for success in this role is open and friendly with the ability to develop strong relationships. Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to build efficient processes, plus comfort with multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change are a must. A results-oriented oriented mentality, with an underlying sense of urgency and drive to win are also necessities.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintaining/updating current reports and dashboards as needed.
  • Creation of new reports or dashboards as needed.
  • Create the Overage Bandwidth report after each month and send to the sales teams.
  • Create the Changes without Orders report each Monday and create any necessary opportunities.
  • Review the closed won report each month and add the Opportunity Region information on any opportunity where this information is missing.
  • Create new prospects in Salesforce for the sales reps.
  • Maintain sales handbook and/or playbooks.
  • Assist on special programs (i.e. interactions work, sales incentives, sales target programs tracking and management etc.)
  • Assist with sales training documentation (creation, updating, publishing)
  • Assist with maintaining sales SharePoint site.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS work, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
  • Phenomenal communication and presentation skills (must be an advanced PowerPoint user).
