ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER - Flowtherm Systems

CHC is looking for an Associate Project Manager who will support product implementation and production by assisting with the organization, coordination, and day to day management of project activities.

Salary Range: $85K - $95K/ year DOE

Required and Education Experience

  • Associates degree (bachelor’s degree preferred) in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, required.

  • One to three years of related experience required.

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and customer service skills (both written and verbal).

  • Ability to analyze/interpret data and take appropriate action.

  • Working knowledge of email, Internet Explorer, Excel, Word, Access, and Financial Force.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates cross-functional efforts to ensure assigned projects are completed on time and meet specifications.

  • Acts as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors to support project execution.

  • Defines project tasks and assists with assigning responsibilities to support timely completion.

  • Identifies potential project risks and escalates issues to management for guidance and resolution.

  • Addresses project-related questions, concerns, or issues from stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Supports project budgeting by gathering cost information, assisting with estimates, and helping track project expenses.

  • Works with vendors to obtain quotes and procure equipment required for project completion.

  • Enters and tracks purchase orders and coordinates with logistics providers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

  • Enter sales orders as required for new projects.

  • Supports coordination with sales and marketing by providing project information for training or promotional activities.

  • Confirm compliance with applicable federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations and standards.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
