Job description

Project Manager Assistant responsibilities:

Project support receiving, data logging, validation accuracy of information and processing energy efficiency calculation. Support new and in process project equipment and material pricing, ordering, delivery procurement and documentation, Provide communication and documentation with customers, Sub-contractors, Vendors and AEP field support.

Candidate should be detail oriented with mathematics abilities, computer efficiency, Excel, Word, Power Point, Spreadsheets, understanding equipment submittal, SEER, EER, power data and applications.

Training and Duties Overview:

Select and input Data into efficiency calculator for new vs old KW/h Calculation.

Maintain Salesforce customer survey procedure, check accuracy, equipment validation, pictures and customer info.

Support and process PO's customer proposals, shipping and receiving, equipment material receivablel paperwork.

Write and distribute emails and correspondence memos.

Correspondence with Salesforce, data accuracy, complete surveys.

Assist to the Project Manager day-to-day operations.

High School Diploma, trade school, Certification

Valid DL and transportation

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
