The Project Manager/Scheduler is responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination of installations, client appointments, and logistical activities. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage large teams and effectively allocate resources across mixed-use developments, commercial, and residential construction projects. Proficiency with industry-specific scheduling and project management software is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
  • Schedule installation jobs, homeowner appointments, pickups, and deliveries
  • Coordinate project documentation and office administration tasks
  • Allocate resources and communicate effectively with large teams (15+ members)
  • Utilize web-based platforms such as SupplyPro, Procore, Microsoft Project, and Asana
  • Maintain project timelines and update schedules regularly
  • Support smooth installation coordination and client communication
