We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Thousand Oaks team and take ownership of exciting commercial construction projects throughout Southern California. What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the driving force behind project success, leading every phase of construction from preconstruction through closeout. You'll collaborate closely with clients, architects, trade partners, superintendents, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and overall performance of commercial construction projects
  • Managing project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, and financial performance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, architects, and project stakeholders
  • Overseeing schedules and ensuring project milestones are achieved
  • Identifying and proactively resolving project challenges and risks
  • Mentoring Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while fostering a collaborative team culture
  • Partnering with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence
  • Supporting preconstruction efforts including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project financials, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and navigate complex project challenges
