Position: Project Manager/Process Engineer

Location: Waco, TX

Duration: Full Time/Permanent Hire

Description:

support Senior Project Manager to execute process engineering project execution; procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning processes

understanding technical detail and business justification to define project charters

expand general project descriptions into justifiable project scopes

simple up to more complex project scopes will be developed and evaluated by MARS decision process

high priority process engineering projects execution

Leads meetings, workshops and any other type of tools for understanding business needs from all stakeholders involved

experience with general contract management, preliminary risk assessment, start up and commissioning requirements

support development of RFP scopes and deliverables for LTTS onshore/offshore resource and project proposal estimates

project activity planning and management, risk management, documentation requirements

Additional requirements

experience in process Design and optimization, Commissioning, installation, Troubleshooting. proficient in creating Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) , pumps and valves, implementing significant process improvements that enhance performance and reduce operational costs, Capital project. Liason with Site and Global Leadership Team assuring all project metrics are aligned with client needs - (KPIs, such as cost savings, equipment efficiency, operational expenditure, Capital-related expenses, Sustainability, business strategy)

Develop Risk assessment and keep actions tracking

Elaborate Preliminary plan for execution of projects and scope of work delivery.

Task/resource planning and management

Elaborate plan for execution of projects and scope of work delivery

Lead the steering committees and frequent reports as required

Develop technical SOW for all projects identified

Develop the business case along with relevant responsible, i.e. Finance team

Skills:

Experience in process Design and optimization, Commissioning, installation, Troubleshooting. proficient in creating Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) and Implementing significant Process improvements that enhance performance and reduce operational costs, Capital project management execution.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering
