Job description

Project Manager
The commercial construction Project Manager (PM) roleis integral to the success of our projects. This role is responsible forplanning, executing, and closing projects efficiently, meeting customerexpectations while staying within budget parameters and on schedule. To be asuccessful PM at Renovia, it will require working cross-functionally, managingresources effectively, following identified processes, and implementing bestpractices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings with customers, contractors, and vendors to align on expectations, timelines, and deliverables, following standard operating procedures
  • Recruit and maintain contractor relationships that align with Renovia standards and project needs
  • Collaborate with internal team during project review for cost and scope validation, as well as education of project efficiencies and discrepancies
  • Monitor project financials, profit, loss, and expenditures, ensuring accurate documentation and approvals to align with cash flow schedule
  • Allocate resources effectively and efficiently, monitoring utilization and adjusting plans as needed to optimize performance
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, milestones achieved, issues, schedules, and post-project evaluations
  • Identifypotential risks, proactively addressing issues and challenges to developmitigation strategies and keep the project on track
  • Sharework responsibilities with estimators to create efficiency in the branch duringseasonal fluctuations

Education / Knowledge / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 - 6 years experience in paint or construction industry
  • Ability to manage overnight travel 1 to 2 nights per week
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across region
  • Salesforce or Project Management Software experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft suite
