We're currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with both ground-up and upfit experience to work with our project teams in Charleston, SC.
This individual will lead public sector projects such as government facilities, public safety buildings, and civic infrastructure, managing all phases from preconstruction through closeout. Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with 5 years in project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple project phases from planning and procurement through completion
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
  • Experience working in occupied facilities and coordinating complex renovation activities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
