Position Description

We're currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with both ground-up and upfit experience to work with our project teams in Charleston, SC.
The incumbent should have a strong background managing both ground-up and interior upfit commercial construction projects, with demonstrated experience leading projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to effectively coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors and project schedules, foster strong client and partner relationships, and successfully deliver high-quality projects across a variety of market sectors and construction types.

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, including both ground-up and interior upfit projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple project phases from planning and procurement through completion
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
  • Experience working in occupied facilities and coordinating complex renovation activities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
