Key responsibilities

  • Own the operational execution of the Performance Creative department, including project management, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

  • Monitor project progress, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely delivery of creative work from kickoff to launch.

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Performance Creative and cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and smooth handoffs.

Job description

Javvy is on a mission to set a new standard for café favorites with better-for-you beverages that are craveable, convenient, and without compromise. Positioned at the intersection of café culture, convenience, and functional nutrition, we’re reimagining the drinks people buy every day — proving you don’t have to compromise between great taste and quality ingredients. What began as a cult-favorite DTC brand has rapidly scaled into an omnichannel business, now expanding into major retail while building a loyal community around better-for-you café favorites.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Performance Creative Project Manager to own the operational execution of that department — making sure projects, people, and resources move efficiently from kickoff through launch. This role owns the systems, workflows, and coordination that let us produce creative work at scale: capacity planning, project management, resource allocation, and cross-functional communication, all in service of delivering high-quality work on time while maintaining operational excellence.

You’ll serve as the operational backbone of the department — continuously improving processes, eliminating bottlenecks, and building the structure that lets our creative teams perform at their highest level.

What You’ll Own:
  • Department capacity planning, project assignment, and resource allocation

  • Production scheduling and workflow management from kickoff to launch

  • Cross-functional communication with Strategy, Paid Media, and Product Marketing

  • Office operations, equipment, and prop inventory

  • SOPs, workflow optimization, and operational documentation

  • Task compliance and process consistency across the department

What You’ll Do:

Project & Production Management

  • Assign creative work across editors, designers, creators, and production teams based on capacity, priorities, and business needs

  • Monitor project progress to keep launches on schedule and coordinate timelines from kickoff through final delivery

  • Balance workloads across the department to maximize efficiency while preventing resource constraints

Capacity & Resource Planning

  • Own department capacity planning and proactively adjust assignments as priorities shift

  • Spot staffing or resource constraints before they impact production, and recommend hiring or contractor support

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and maintain department SOPs, workflows, and operational standards

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements

  • Maintain operational visibility across every active project and initiative

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Performance Creative and cross-functional partners

  • Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables with Strategy, Paid Media, Product Marketing, and Operations

  • Facilitate smooth handoffs between teams to eliminate delays and friction

Department Operations

  • Own day-to-day operations of the Performance Creative office and equipment inventory (cameras, lighting, mics, computers, and more)

  • Coordinate purchasing, organization, and replenishment of production equipment, props, and supplies

  • Partner with Finance and Operations on equipment budgeting, maintenance, and replacement planning

Process Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to naming conventions, tagging, file organization, and workflow standards

  • Monitor task completion and hold the team accountable to established processes

You’re a Fit If…
  • You have 4–6+ years in creative operations, marketing operations, production, or project management

  • 2+ years owning high-volume creative or marketing workflows — DTC, performance marketing, agency, or startup experience preferred

  • Proven track record with capacity planning, resource allocation, production scheduling, and workload balancing

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams — editors, designers, creators, strategists, and contractors

  • A history of building SOPs, improving workflows, and eliminating operational bottlenecks

  • Advanced proficiency with project-management tools such as Notion and Google Suite

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort managing competing priorities

  • Bonus: experience with production equipment/studio operations, paid social or performance creative workflows, and people management

Why This Role Rocks:
  • Competitive Salary

  • 100% Company-Paid Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance for employees
(Family coverage available at employee cost)

  • 401(k) Retirement Plan

  • Parental Leave

  • Free Access to Javvy Products

  • Career Growth Opportunities

  • Collaborative, Fast-Paced Start-Up Environment
