Job description

On Site Personnel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee prefabricated construction projects from design through manufacturing and site installation. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities: Project Manager:
  • Manage projects from preconstruction through manufacturing and installation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Review architectural and SMEPF (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) construction documents.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate material procurement and support purchasing with takeoffs and scheduling.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead value engineering efforts and ensure project quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
Qualifications: Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (PMP certification preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in modular or offsite construction (required).
  • 5–10 years of overall experience in design, permitting, or construction preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, building codes, estimating, and takeoff processes.
  • Experience with single-family and multifamily construction projects is highly preferred.
