ABOUT THE JOB

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects forward using agile methodologies. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will track progress, work with Engineering and Product counterparts to manage timelines proactively and ensure effective resolution of issues. In addition, you may serve as the Scrum Master, facilitating various agile ceremonies, acting as a servant leader, and creating reports to showcase team productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, utilizing agile principles.

• Motivate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliverables, fostering a collaborative and agile working environment.

• Accountable for delivering technical projects on time, within budget, and with successful outcomes according to business objectives.

• Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope management, deliverables, milestones, resource management, finance, and quality management, in an agile context.

• Manage multiple projects/scrum teams simultaneously, ensuring effective adherence to Agile practices.

• Facilitate backlog grooming sessions with cross-functional teams to ensure clear priorities, understanding, and dependencies before sprint planning.

• Appropriately engage all organizations to ensure effective adherence to completing PDLC governance.

• Maintain and prioritize the requirements backlog, ensuring alignment with technical and operational needs.

• Collaborate with Product Management to help drive sprint planning sessions to set development teams up for success meeting their commitments.

• Proactively remove impediments for project teams to ensure continuous workflow.

• Monitor and communicate project health, manage interdependencies, and define critical milestones.

• Conduct retrospectives, drive continuous improvements, and share best practices within the organization.

• Uphold the company's commitment to risk management and data integrity.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
