Our global retail client is seeking a Creative Project Manager to support its internal brand and creative team. This group is responsible for shaping how the brand shows up across the enterprise-developing and maintaining brand systems, visual identities, and creative outputs that reach both customers and internal audiences.
This role is less focused on traditional marketing campaigns and more centered on managing diverse, 360 creative workstreams that bring the brand to life across a wide range of touchpoints.
*** Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Playa Vista, CA) ***
What You'll Do

  • Manage diverse, 360 creative projects: Oversee a wide range of brand-driven work including visual identities, internal campaigns, toolkits, merch, environmental graphics, and more
  • Drive projects end-to-end: Lead work from intake through delivery, ensuring timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables stay aligned
  • Partner across functions: Collaborate with creative, brand, account, and production teams to ensure cohesive execution across all brand touchpoints
  • Build and manage timelines: Develop detailed schedules while navigating shifting priorities and varying project scopes
  • Maintain operational rigor: Track milestones, feedback, and deliverables within Workfront (or similar tools), ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support creative teams: Bring structure and clarity to a wide range of creative outputs, helping teams prioritize and execute effectively
  • Adapt to ambiguity: Manage projects that vary in scope, timeline, and complexity, often with evolving inputs and stakeholders
What You Bring
Required:
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in an agency or in-house creative environment
  • Experience managing 360 creative work (not limited to digital or marketing campaigns)
  • Strong understanding of branding and creative development processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying scopes and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting brand systems, visual identity, or internal brand initiatives
  • Background working within a centralized or enterprise-level brand team
  • Exposure to non-traditional creative outputs (e.g., environmental, experiential, internal comms, merch)
