Our global retailer client is looking to hire an Associate Creative Project Manager. Creative Project Management is the internal creative agency engine, linking all functions, and managing work flows end-to-end to deliver all campaigns and initiatives with excellence. Associate Creative Project Managers work closely with Project Managers, Account Management, Creative, and Production daily to ensure that projects are moving seamlessly through the system and that anticipated challenges are addressed early.
PLEASE NOTE: This role requires 3 days onsite. It is HYBRID with 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with your connected Account Manager on project intake and ensure that resources are appropriately assigned, and jobs are opened in Workfront.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, ensuring Account, Creative and Production are aligned and kept abreast of key milestones, timeline shifts and changes in deliverables.
  • Support the execution of creative work across media channels (digital, print) and ensure timelines reflect the nuances of each deliverable type.
  • Guide projects from beginning to end and be a "go-to" person on project status.
  • Ensure project milestones are updated in Workfront as projects progress through the agency.
  • Own and run internal status meetings and documents to ensure clarity of weekly milestones, meetings, and deliverables.
  • Call out scheduling, resourcing, or other potential challenges well in advance and offer solutions to the Account Manager and creative team.
  • Follow up with creative and production teams to ensure they have the information and assets needed to get the job done. Ensure that the teams are working toward key timing milestones.
  • Liaise with the Account Manager and Creative Business Affairs to ensure work is being routed to appropriate partners while in development (legal, trademark, Corp Comms, etc.).
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 year of project management experience at an advertising agency or in-house creative group or relevant work experience.
  • Experience supporting projects of various sizes, preferably creative based.
  • Experience setting up process and seeing through end to end workflows
