The salary range for this position is $120,110 - $133,455 per year. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office - Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our creative team, supporting the Emerging Brands (Ole Henriksen & Lip Lab) divisions. This role is critical in ensuring the successful and timely execution of all creative projects. You'll own GTM and digital timelines for the brands, serving as the creative team's primary point of contact for print and digital projects. While embedded within the creative team due to the significant creative input required for most projects, this individual will be instrumental in fostering seamless collaboration between brand, marketing, and creative departments to ensure all initiatives launch on schedule with all necessary assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with stakeholders across brand, marketing, and creative teams to define project scopes, establish timelines, and manage project lifecycles within Asana.
  • Efficiently manage project intake and conversion processes within Workfront.
  • Drive projects forward, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Lead and facilitate weekly creative status, review and project kickoff meetings.
  • Accurately capture, distribute, and follow up on meeting notes, action items, and other critical inter-team communications.
  • Successfully manage a diverse portfolio of concurrent digital projects across multiple brands.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow optimization to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience, with a strong preference for digital project management within a creative or marketing environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in project management software, including Asana and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically ProofHQ and Workfront).
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
