Job Title: Creative Project Manager (Audio Production & Technology)

Location Hybrid schedule with onsite presence 3 days per week in one of the following locations:

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to support a fast-paced creative technology environment focused on audio production, emerging technologies, and digital experiences. This role blends project management leadership, creative production support, workflow optimization, and executive-level presentation development.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will serve as a key partner between creative teams, product stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and at a high quality standard. Strong Figma expertise is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple creative and technical projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across creative, product, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
  • Partner with creative teams to manage all phases of audio design, production, implementation, deployment, and quality assurance.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Create and deliver high-quality presentations, project updates, executive summaries, and strategic communications in Figma.
  • Maintain organized asset management systems, file structures, and version control processes.
  • Drive process improvements and develop scalable workflows to increase team efficiency.
  • Support the creation and implementation of AI-driven tools, agents, and workflow enhancements.
  • Facilitate team meetings, standups, onboarding initiatives, and training programs.
  • Develop, maintain, and update project plans, process documentation, dashboards, and reporting materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Analyze and visualize project data using reporting tools to communicate progress and insights.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management or creative production experience within a technology or software development environment.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept through completion.
  • Advanced experience with Figma, including presentation and deck creation.
  • Experience managing work within task management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating standups and coordinating small teams of approximately 5-10 contributors.
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, or visualizations using Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while working independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve processes, workflows, or team productivity.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, or other emerging AI capabilities.
  • Experience working in hybrid or remote team environments.
