About this role:
Visa's Creative Studio is building a world-class, in-house creative model that delivers brand and business-driving work at speed and scale across Visa Global, North America, and Marketing Services. We are seeking a highly organized and creatively savvy Creative Project Manager with deep expertise in production design and AI Tools to lead projects from concept through final delivery. This role bridges creative vision and execution, ensuring design-driven projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.
This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development and execution of creative projects, from initial concept to final delivery. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and other creatives, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for account managers, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
Project & Production Management:
  • Lead end-to-end project execution from concept through production and delivery
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and forecast production spend
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders, managing updates, feedback and issue resolution

Production Design & Creative Execution:
  • Partner with creative directors, designers, and producers to translate concepts into executable production plans
  • Oversee production design across environments, assets, and materials
  • Ensure design feasibility, technical execution, and quality across all deliverables
  • Provide input on design direction to ensure alignment with production constraints
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity and visual standards across outputs

Team Coordination & Collaboration:
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, art directors, producers, vendors, and freelancers
  • Allocate resources effectively based on project priorities and team capacity
  • Facilitate kickoffs, status meetings and alignment checkpoints
  • Serve as the central point of communication hub across creative, production, and stakeholders

Workflow & Process Optimization:
  • Develop and refine creative and production workflows to improve efficiency and output quality
  • Manage feedback cycles, revisions, and approvals
  • Implement tools to track progress, assets, and deliverables
  • Create clear documentation, including briefs, timelines, and production plans

Quality Control & Delivery:
  • Ensure all outputs meet creative, technical and brand standards
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements and best practices

AI Tools Integration and workflow Innovation:
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI across creative production workflows
  • Translate creative needs into scalable solutions using AI tools across image, video and text
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure AI usage aligns with Visa policies and brand standards.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management, production, or design operations
  • Strong background in production design, experiential, content production, or brand environments
  • Proven experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of production processes (print, digital, physical builds, or media production)
  • Experience in agency, studio, or in-house creative environments
  • Background in production design for campaigns, events, film, or brand activations
  • PMP or equivalent project management training (optional)

Technical & Design Skills :
  • Familiarity with AI and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
  • Knowledge of production workflows, materials, and fabrication processes
  • Ability to translate creative ideas into executable production plans

Project Management Skills:
  • Expertise in timelines, resource planning, and budgeting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with project management tools (Workfront, Wrike, Monday, Jira, etc.)

Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with practical constraints (budget, time, feasibility)
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving creative environments

U.S. Applicants Only
The estimated salary range for this position is $109,700.00 to $ 170,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
