Position Description
The Butz Family of Companies seeks a Project Administrator at Alexander Building Construction located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This individual will provide daily project support in an office setting. We thrive on delivering large scale projects for clients that embrace our innovative mindset and are looking to add talent to our growing team.
Responsibilities
  • Act as point person for the project team
  • Schedule meetings and events
  • Process change management documents
  • Update project directories
  • Process W-9 forms, insurance certificates, background checks, certified payrolls, and project closeout items
  • Project cost accounting
  • Compile and develop owner invoices
  • Process of subcontractor invoices

Position Requirements
Typical qualifications include two years of college or other business training including two accounting courses (associate degree in accounting preferred) and two (2) years of experience in a construction accounting environment or equivalent combination of education and job experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite required.
