Job Description
Responsible for supporting basic program coordination activities under close supervision. Assists in tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across program teams. Gains foundational experience in program management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices while contributing to the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives.

โ€ข Assist in developing program schedules, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation under the guidance of senior team members
โ€ข Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goals
โ€ข Use established tools and templates to support program reporting and status updates
โ€ข Monitor and escalate program risks, issues, and dependencies as needed
โ€ข Coordinate with internal teams to support program logistics and communication
โ€ข Maintain program documentation, meeting notes, and action item trackers

Campus Reporting Type: Hybrid with the expectation to report onsite a minimum of 3 days per week
