Location: Houston TX 77032
Pay rate:$20.00/Hr. on W2
Job Type : Contract 6 Months
Schedule: 7am EST - 8pm EST (8 hour in a day)
Note: Candidate will need to report to Client branch for office trainings or meetings on an as needed basis. Flexibility to travel is preferred.
Job Summary:
The Associate Customer Service Representative is an entry-level role responsible for supporting service and order-related processes. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure quality customer service while following company procedures and policies.
The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders, service requests, and related documentation.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and requests.
  • Create, update, and confirm service order requests.
  • Follow company procedures, policies, and service standards.
  • Process customer payments and provide payment confirmations.
  • Generate invoices and customer-specific reports when required.
  • Maintain service quality metrics and departmental standards.
Required Qualifications
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of customer service or related experience

  • Associate's degree with relevant capabilities in a similar role.
