Job description

Associate Customer Service Rep

Our client, a Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Laboratory Services company, is looking for an Associate Customer Service Rep for their Springfield, IL location. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop quotes for Aftermarket requests
  • Enter orders into SAP when PO received
  • Interface with shipping/warehouse to get urgent orders processed
  • Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from ServiceMax queue to appropriate Field Service Engineer
  • Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive
  • Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks

Requirements include:

  • Data Entry experience.
  • High school diploma with 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service.
  • or
  • Associate degree with minimum data entry and customer service experience.
  • No Overtime available currently but depends on the role.
  • Extensions based on the requirement.
