Customer Care Representative Job Description:

PrideStaff Financial is working with a local financial planning business who is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their team. The Customer Care Representative will manage clients financial portfolios and assets as you guide them through their golden years. The ideal Customer Care Representative has multiple years of experience dealing with financial services, holds a Series 65 or 66 license, and enjoys supporting clients through complex financial decisions in their lives. The Customer Care Representative position is a full time, temp to hire position in Scottsdale, AZ.


Customer Care Representative Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Represent The Company by Being The First Point of Contact For The Clients Across Multiple Generations 
  • Perform Daily Customer Contacts Through Calendar Organization For Account Updates, Birthdays, & Anniversaries
  • Perform Concierge Service to New Clients as You Guide Them Through The Transition & Paperwork Process For a Stress-Free Personalized Experience 
  • Conduct & Facilitate Family Legacy Meetings to Help Clients Communicate Their Financial Wishes to Their Adult Children & Heirs 
  • Host & Facilitate Workshops & Client Appreciation Events Designed to Empower Retirees With Knowledge & Community 
  • Act as a Calm & Empathetic Resource For Client Navigating Difficult Lift Events Such as The Loss of a Spouse or a Health Crisis; Ensure Their Financial Plan Adopts to Their New Reality 
  • Break Down Hard to Understand Vocabulary For Clients Ensuring Each Party Has a Full Understanding of Information Presented 


Customer Care Representative Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 3+ Years of Recent Financial Services Focused With a Fiduciary or RIA Environment
  • Has a Current Life & Health Insurance License Required 
  • CFP or RICP Designations Are Highly Preferred 
  • Solid Experience With CRM (SalesForce, Wealthbox/Redtail) Software Including Google Suite, Electronic Phone Systems, Zoom & or GoogleSuite, (eMoney/MoneyGuidePro) & Portfolio Management Tools 
  • Superb Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills Required 
  • Excellent Understanding of Financial Services & Portfolio Opportunities 
  • Familiar With Scottsdale/Phoenix “Snowbirds” Retiree Community
