Smart, Caring, courteous and Responsible Customer Care Representative wanted for full time in a busy office.
KEIL Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative for a full-time position. KEIL has been providing comfort to homeowners in Northern New Jersey for over a century. We currently have an opening for a Customer Care Representative with a great attitude, high energy, and high motivation. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a wonderful office staff that takes care of our established customer base, some of which have been with us for three generations. We have a fun customer-focused environment with friendly, caring co-workers.
We're a company committed to quality service by empowering reliable and self-motivated individuals. Goal-oriented candidates will share office duties, make outbound and take inbound phone calls. A strong Windows computer understanding is necessary in order to schedule, log, and follow up with our residential customers. This is a detail-oriented position for a well-organized individual.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Input/update customer information into our computer system.
  • Make outgoing calls to customers to schedule maintenance and service appointments.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, schedule and manage customer requests.
  • Assist customers on the phone and occasionally in person.
  • Offer customers product and service solutions to solve their comfort problems.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Well organized, thorough, and detail-oriented with a take-charge attitude.
  • Ability to make fast, accurate, and logical decisions without assistance.

Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree in business or equivalent course work and experience.
  • 1-2 years of minimum experience and knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel.
