Job description

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

·         None

Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Interact with customers via telephone or email to provide support and information on truck deliveries. Email is done throughout the day as they come in. 

·         Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to other appropriate staff.

·         Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.

·         Maintains records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

·         Coordinate a wrecker service to pick up and deliver units to final location.  While keeping detailed documentation of all moves

·         Issue payment for all wreckers arranged

·         Reconcile all payments made via bank website

·         Assist in contacting repair facilities to get breakdown updates on all units.

·         Create, research and send out specific reports internally and to our customers.

·         Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

·         Excellent communication skills including active listening.

·         Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

·         Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

·         Multitasking and time management

Education and Experience:

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Customer service experience required.

Physical Requirements:

·         Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

·         Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
