Job description

Everforth ECS will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to include DHA J-6, PEO Medical Systems / CIO, and Engineering, Solutions Architecture and IT Business Analytics (ESA-BAD) Division by delivering comprehensive program management and advanced analytics to enhance decision-making across critical healthcare IT initiatives. This effort integrates tools such as SEMOSS, Python, R, and AI-driven analytics to develop enterprise dashboards, perform predictive analysis, and streamline reporting and planning activities. We are looking for someone with knowledge of the health sector who leverages data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from healthcare data, supporting critical decision-making within the military and defense healthcare systems.
As a Senior Management Analyst, you will conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design dashboards, systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. The work also includes program analytics and management consulting to assist leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with OCONUS / Global Program Management and with DoD IT systems maintenance and enhancements.
  • 5+ years of DoD work experience.
  • 10+ years total work experience in Business Intelligence.
  • Ability to quickly transition and reassess priorities to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Ability to work with and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both face-to-face and electronic formats.
  • Attention to detail.
