We are currently seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Treasury Analyst to support the treasury operations of our dynamic property management organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bank reporting, positive pay decisioning, and bank administration.
Responsibilities include:
Daily Cash Management:
  • Prepare Daily Cash positions for corporate accounts

Banking and Treasury Operations:
  • Monitor and Perform Daily Positive Pay Decisioning
  • Support fraud mitigation on accounts
  • Support Bank Administration
  • Maintain banking records, including KYC documentation
  • Prepare bank fee analysis.

Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Support development of treasury dashboards and key metrics for leadership reporting.

Compliance & Controls:
  • Support internal controls and audit requests related to treasury activities.

Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual treasury functions using technology or bank services.
  • Collaborate with accounting and accounts payable to streamline workflows.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1+ years of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience; property management or real estate industry experience a plus
  • Familiarity with treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, TreasuryXpress) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and financial modeling
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
  • Working knowledge of treasury operations, banking processes, and cash management
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data for accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly learn treasury and property management systems
  • Effective communication and collaboration with accounting, AP, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills in a deadline-driven environment
