Job description

Within our Corporate Treasury team located in Denver - Leprino is seeking a Corporate Associate Treasury Analyst to help strengthen how we manage cash, investments, and financial risk across our business. This role sits at the center of daily liquidity, banking operations, and market exposure, supporting decisions that protect service, margin, and long-term growth. Your work will directly support financial stability and help guide how we navigate an evolving economic landscape.

At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $62,000 and $69,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage daily cash activity, including wire transfers, cash positioning, and payment approvals
  • Maintain accurate records of cash and investment balances to support strong financial visibility
  • Support monthly close activities through reconciliations, journal entries, and internal reporting
  • Build and update reports that track cash flow, investments, and treasury performance
  • Partner with internal teams to support fixed price customer orders and related financial activity
  • Prepare and review hedge reporting to support risk awareness and decision making
  • Analyze trends in dairy and broader financial markets to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Support banking operations, including administration of online banking platforms and access controls
  • Contribute to audit readiness by gathering documentation and supporting compliance activities
  • Assist with materials for financial risk discussions and leadership reviews
  • Support international initiatives through foreign exchange analysis and global banking research
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis that supports treasury priorities

 

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in financial analysis, treasury, accounting, or a related area
  • Hands-on treasury analysis experience, including exposure to reporting or modeling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, and financial analysis tools

  • A master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar financial systems
  • Experience using business intelligence tools to build financial reports and improve visibility
