Sonic Automotive's corporate office is in search of a Treasury Analyst.  The Treasury team at Sonic Automotive plays a key strategic role in achieving the financial goals of the organization. The Analyst, Corporate Treasury, will support these goals by applying fundamental treasury knowledge and analytical skills. The position is highly visible and will work across multiple levels of the business.  

Salary: $75,000.00 annually

Job Description

Daily cash positioning including reporting of prior day's final position.

Monthly reporting showing details of liquidity and capital structure.

Calculating monthly interest and bank fees including variance analysis.

Providing quarterly deliverables to Financial Reporting to support public disclosures.

Preparing compliance packages required by lenders.

Assist with maintenance of annual cash forecast and five-year cash flow, balance sheet and capital table.

Present findings and results from each of these reports to members of the Finance team.

Qualifications

Educational background should include coursework in accounting, finance and economics. Familiarity with business-oriented mathematics and statistics is a plus.

Self-motivated critical thinker with the ability to learn and develop independently.

Effective level of communication, both verbal and written.

Desires a treasury related career path.

Detail oriented with a high level of personal organization.

Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Familiarity with OneStream and commercial banking platforms a plus
