Job description

We are a full-service machining supplier. Our products span across many industries and uses. We have the ability to meet the needs of the most demanding applications.

Job Summary:

Lead all CNC operators and line inspectors to assure maximum production efficiency that meets quality specifications in a safe manner as per schedules, standard operating procedures and company goals and policies.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead all shift CNC operators & line inspectors.

- Orient and train all department employees as needed.

- Work safely & see that all employees do so.

- Monitor quality performance of all operators & correct deviations.

- Keep employees and management informed.

- Attend meetings as required.

- Assign jobs to each operator.

- Follow & enforce all company rules.

- Set up or assist in machine set ups.

- Resolve any technical machine problems.

- See that operators have necessary tooling, charts, etc.

- Assure line meets 5-S standards for housekeeping and organization.

- Reassign team members to tasks required during slow periods or downtime conditions.

Qualifications/Education:
