Responsibilities
  • Independently managing production, investment, and project controlling
  • Assisting with monthly reporting as well as ad hoc reports and analyses
  • Actively advising and supporting management by preparing decision‑making documents and profitability analyses
  • Operational budget and forecast planning, including variance analyses
  • Acting as an internal sparring partner in identifying optimization potential
  • Continuously developing controlling tools and processes within your area of responsibility, as well as ongoing optimization of reporting systems
Qualifications
  • Completed business education (university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent) with a focus on controlling/finance
  • Several years of professional experience in finance, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Very good IT skills (MS Excel, Power BI, SAP, etc.)
  • Flexibility and commitment, as well as an independent, structured, and solution‑oriented way of working
  • Team spirit and a hands‑on mentality
