Job description

Your Contribution:
As a Controlling Analyst you will be the main link between plant controlling teams and regional management in terms of data analytics and financial reporting.
  • Review financial data and analyze variances vs. plan/forecast.
  • Support month-end close and prepare financial reports.
  • Consolidate data from US & Mexico plants.
  • Communicate with plants, HQ, and controlling teams.
  • Update forecasts and support planning activities.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and financial studies (ROI, costs, trends).
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management.
  • Support projects (Pricing initiatives, loss makers, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy and align with accounting/shared services.
  • Assist team members and support plant needs

Your Experience & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years related experience.
  • Knowledge of current principles of accounting and audit principles.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including pivot table and macros preferred.
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing company preferred.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
