Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support smooth production flow by keeping materials, orders, and sequencing on track to ensure manufacturing delivered as agreed.
  • Coordinate ordering processes and production bookings to ensure manufacturing follows the agreed order freeze.
  • Verify that production orders are booked correctly and aligned with current delivery requirements.
  • Monitor order costs with a focus on quality and identify potential deviations early.
  • Track inventory levels and work closely with supply chain teams to secure material availability.
  • Prepare and analyze production performance reports to highlight improvement opportunities.
  • Adjust machine sequencing on a shift basis to support efficient operations.
  • Contribute to end-to-end process planning and control across the supply chain, with attention to time and cost performance.

Your Qualifications
  • Bacholers degree or completed technical or commercial training, or a comparable qualification.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in production control, order management, supply chain, or process planning.
  • Good understanding of production booking processes, inventory management, and reporting tools.
  • Confident communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Structured, analytical, and proactive working style with strong coordination skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
