Vos principales responsabilités : 

  • Assister le chef dans la gestion des opérations quotidiennes de la cuisine. 

  • Coordonner la préparation des repas et s’assurer du respect des standards. 

  • Réaliser les recettes prévues au menu avec constance et précision. 

  • Assurer la gestion efficace des inventaires et rapports de réception. 

  • Maintenir la propreté, la salubrité et la conformité des espaces de travail.
