Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Assist Program Management Office (PMO) personnel execute project charters. Assist PMO staff with administrative and back office duties.

*Bob Jones University students only*

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist PMO staff by fulfilling administrative assistant duties in the office and meetings
  • Communicate with other teams both orally and written about projects
  • Organize and maintain a schedule
  • Interface with project sponsors and stakeholders
  • Document meeting notes and customer requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

JOB SKILLS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Experience with MS Project and OneNote a plus but not required
  • Strong writing skills
  • Good verbal communication
  • Willingness to learn
