Job description

Action Electric is a growing Electrical Contractor in Sioux Falls. We are looking for a Part Time Project Management Assistant with a positive attitude, solid computer skills, attention to detail, willingness to be flexible, and an eagerness to learn.
This position will be responsible for assisting the lead Project Manager with project bidding, talking to vendors and contractors regarding projects and materials needed, organizing job files, as well as the following:
• Learn bidding software
• Effectively communicate with lead Project Manager
• Read blueprints or be willing to learn
• Organize, set up and schedule electrical jobs
• Able to assist with locating and procuring materials
• Stay on task and think ahead
• Some construction or electrical understanding
• MOTIVATED for growth
• Other tasks as assigned
Looking to hire someone Part time for 20-25 hours per week, with business growth this job may become a full time position.
• $18 - $20 Depending on experience
• Vacation / Sick / Holiday pay
• Casual dress code
Job Requirements
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to learn new skills
• Professional attitude
• Project management knowledge
