The Design-Assist Project Engineer is a professional-level position responsible for executing the preconstruction, design coordination, and technical-commercial activities associated with this new division. This role is created to operationalize the corporate growth strategy established by executive leadership.

The position functions under the direction of the President & CEO and does not set corporate policy or strategic direction. Organizational Positioning Reports directly to the President & CEO Operates as a professional engineer-level role Does not supervise executives Supports revenue execution within executive-approved strategy Transitions awarded projects to Operations and Project Management leadership Core Responsibilities 1. Preconstruction & Design-Assist Execution Participate in early design coordination meetings Review drawings and provide constructability feedback Support value engineering initiatives Coordinate with consulting engineers and design teams Assist in developing preliminary electrical system concepts 2.

Design-Build Pursuit Support Assist in preparation of design-build proposals Develop conceptual budgets and scope narratives Support technical portions of RFQ/RFP responses Participate in client and GC meetings 3. Estimating & Cost Development Prepare quantity take-offs Develop conceptual cost models Support pricing analysis within approved frameworks Provide input to executive leadership prior to submission 4.
