What is the role about?ย 

The Asset Management Coordinator supports the Calibration team by managing measurement standards and tooling assets-coordinating calibrations, documentation, and traceability. This role oversees shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and kit readiness for field work. Partnering closely with the Calibration Manager, field calibration personnel, and Authorized Service Providers, this role ensures equipment is available, compliant, and ready to support safe, on-time customer service delivery.ย 

Which tasks will you perform?ย 

  • Monitor and manage calibration measurement references and standards, Tool Request system, ordering processes, kit assembly, shipping, receiving, and tracking of equipment for field jobsย 
  • Coordinate with E+H Representative Partners and Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) to submit calibration requests, issue return authorizations and purchase orders, ensuring standards are calibrated on timeย 
  • Maintain current, traceable calibration documentation (per national and/or international metrological standards) in the Tool Management Systemย 
  • Evaluate calibration certificates of standards received (locally and for ASPs) to ensure proper conformance to specifications within 7 days of receipt of returned standard from approved calibration lab and assist in Out of Tolerance reporting/record keepingย 
  • Confirm field standards are operating properly on a scheduled basis or as necessary (Operational and/or accuracy performance tests) ย ย 
  • Notify Calibration Rig Trailer of required maintenance and work with Calibration team on modifications, updates and improvements for all Calibration Trailers and equipmentย 
  • Provide phone support for calibration standards and assist in procurement of equipment rentals to support field calibration personnelย 
  • Continue education and training in accordance with Endress+Hauser Inc. Quality Manual and ISO Standardsย 
  • Source new equipment, create and maintain asset records within asset management systems, completing required documentation, and assembling equipment into standardized kits for operational useย 

What do we expect from you?ย 

You will have (required):ย 

  • Associate's degree in a technical field, or equivalent training and experienceย 
  • Requires 5-10% travel, including occasional national travel for education, training, and field support
  • High level of comfort with computer-based systems, including the ability to confidently navigate software platforms, manage digital records, and troubleshoot basic system issues (SAP, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, asset tracking software, and asset management software)ย

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with metrology and calibration functions (ISO 17025 and ISO 9001:2000) ย ย 
  • Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative
