Thelen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant / BDC Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first connection between our dealership and prospective customers. Through phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while scheduling appointments that drive our dealership's success.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Assistant / BDC Agent, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences by:

  • Responding promptly to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and text messages
  • Reaching out to prospective customers through outbound calls and follow-up workflows
  • Connecting with previous customers and unsold opportunities to create new sales opportunities
  • Building relationships and identifying customer wants, needs, and interests
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for our sales team
  • Maintaining accurate customer information within our CRM system
  • Working closely with sales consultants to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Helping drive dealership traffic through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Meeting appointment-setting and lead-generation goals
  • Managing multiple communication channels while staying organized and focused
