WHAT YOU DO
  • Support VP, Trade Marketing as key partner to Hourglass APAC + Travel Retail regional team that oversees key accounts Sephora ANZ + SEA, specialty and global Travel Retail partners
  • Partner with regional team to build support plans for seasonal new product launches and core collections
  • Work closely with VP, Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising team on seasonal update planograms, secondary placement fixtures, retailer events
  • Brief and track creative requests for retailer secondary in-store exposures, windows, etc.
  • Manage APAC + TR retailer digital asset requests (CRM, site, social placements) from briefing Creative team to ensuring timely asset pack delivery to region
  • Collaborate with regional Trade Marketing teams to review and align activations and resources, ensuring clear, consistent messaging and maximizing opportunities across global markets
  • Lead retailer product page management from seasonal new launch updates to ongoing maintenance and optimization
  • Work closely with Sr Director, Marketing APAC + TR and VP, Trade Marketing on retailer meeting preparation and deck creation for APAC + TR, including bi-annual Market meetings
  • Update and maintain global Master Assortment file and Retailer Launch Calendar for APAC + TR region
  • Maintain APAC + TR Retailer Promotional Calendar for leadership visibility of activity by region
  • Manage all retailer and regional comp requests for marketing campaigns, photo shoots, social exposures, etc.
  • Manage item setup/creation for new product launches using retailer processes/portals
  • Cross functional support and management of TR exclusive products - partner in item ideation, own brief submission and ensure timely execution
  • Position requires organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and high degree of collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in working with teams in APAC region highly regarded
  • Ability to manage complex and multiple priorities a must

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 7 years of experience within trade marketing in beauty, luxury preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Passion for product, specifically cosmetics and skincare
  • Must be an excellent communicator, natural networker, team player and highly-organized
  • Proven success leading cross-functional team, and processes
  • Analytical, with experience tracking and reporting
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and forward thinking
  • Experience working at innovative, fast-paced startups or indie brands is a plus
  • A strong background in trade marketing within cosmetics or skincare
  • Thrive on solving problems and implementing creative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Creative, positive and high-energy individual with an ability to execute
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.

The expected base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
