In this role, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and scaling high-performing SDR teams to drive client success across various industries—from fast-growing start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. This client-facing, hands-on leadership position requires excellent English communication skills, cultural awareness of EMEA business practices, and strong expertise in outbound sales development.
*English fluency is required.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for EMEA client programs, ensuring consistent alignment with client goals and expectations.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the VP of Client Success, to design, launch, and continuously enhance SDR programs.
  • Proactively identify client risks and opportunities to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage SDR teams across multiple countries within EMEA.
  • Coach and mentor SDRs to consistently achieve KPIs and deliver high-quality pipeline opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team environment focused on growth and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and skills-based training sessions using tools like internal sales coaching resources and AI-driven role-play platforms.
Sales Enablement, Resource Development, and Operations
  • Leverage tools such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and customized research methods to build and maintain prospect databases.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies, including cold call scripts, email cadences, and playbooks adapted to the cultural nuances of the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with marketing and client teams to align messaging and outreach strategies with client objectives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Design and implement reports and dashboards across various CRM platforms, primarily Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot, with the flexibility to adapt to others like Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Oversee CRM buildouts, including the creation of reporting and dashboards, to ensure seamless integration with client processes and transparency into our team’s activities and outcomes.
  • Generate weekly and quarterly reports for clients, showcasing proficiency in Word and Excel for professional formatting and presentation.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited European or international institution.
  • Proven experience in managing Sales Development teams, particularly within the technology or SaaS sector, across diverse EMEA markets.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and scaling high-performing SDR teams within a remote, hybrid, or multi-country EMEA environment.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot, with a working knowledge of reporting and dashboard creation in others (e.g., Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or regional CRM platforms).
  • Expertise in building high-quality prospect databases for Sales Development initiatives using tools like ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and market-specific research strategies tailored for EMEA regions.
  • Proven track record of developing and optimizing talk tracks, email templates, and SDR playbooks designed to resonate across different European business cultures and drive high engagement rates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; additional European language skills (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, adaptable to the nuances of EMEA markets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) for the preparation of professional reports, performance tracking, and client presentations.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership in managing client programs, with the ability to identify both areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with digital marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns supporting outbound sales is an advantage.

Benefits: demandDrive offers a suite of benefits based on the local jurisdiction to each candidate. Through an established partnership with Rippling (a global payroll and EOR platform), demandDrive ensures compliance with wages, working hours, mandatory benefits, paid leave, overtime pay, and more.
  • Annual salary + bonus opportunities ($90,000 - $110,000)
