We design human-centric answers in the sweet spot where creativity and technology meet. Our solutions connect people and brands-B2B and B2C-from augmented reality and Digital Twins to AI ecosystems, omnichannel commerce and campaigns.
Backed by global tech innovator Infosys, if we can dream it, we can build it and deliver it anywhere in the world.

Immersive Experiences
Within the Immersive Experiences team, we combine creative vision, tech expertise, AI innovation and agile project management to develop holistic solutions - on screen, in physical space, and in the mind.
Here, innovation meets execution: we work across (real-time) CGI, motion design, UI/UX, BE/FE development and creative AI engineering - delivering immersive experiences and marketing content for global brands like smart, Porsche, dm-drogerie markt and Kärcher. Our projects range from AI-driven content creation platforms, CGI pipelines, marketing automation solutions, and immersive applications to the production of multi-channel content across the entire marketing supply chain. We are not a SaaS company, but rather develop customized solutions tailored to the needs of our customers.
As Senior Business Development Manager (all genders) for Immersive Experiences EMEA, you will identify, develop, and realize strategic growth opportunities, driving revenue expansion and strengthening long-term customer partnerships across Germany and Europe.
What you can expect
  • Manage the entire business development cycle-from acquisition and qualification to presentation, negotiation, and closing. Leverage synergies within the WongDoody & Infosys Group as needed to offer comprehensive MarTech solutions.
  • You collaborate closely with senior industry leaders to identify strategic opportunities and shape joint growth strategies.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across industries such as CMT, CRL and MFG.
  • Identify customer needs and define customized proposals in collaboration with various subject matter experts from strategy, AI, CGI, production, and development.
  • Prepare compelling presentations, shape scopes of work and define pricing strategies that reflect client goals and commercial feasibility.
  • Coordinate cross-functional responses to RFPs and tenders, ensuring high-quality, compliant and on-brand submissions.
  • Work closely with the Immersive Experiences leadership to define go-to-market strategies and strategic account plans.
  • You partner with Marketing to align messaging, share market insights and co-create brand storytelling that elevates our presence in key sectors.
  • Track and report on pipeline health, KPIs, forecasts and agreed revenue targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to potential customers and recommend value-driven production, digital and creative solutions that fit our Immersive Experiences portfolio.
  • In addition to your business development expertise, you bring deep project management know-how - including the ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, issues, communication cadences, and both client and team relationships - to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget and with high-quality results.
  • Collaborate in a people-first, ambitious and delivery-focused team culture.
  • As a member of the EMEA senior business development team, you will contribute to studio-level team decisions, the culture, business planning and development of best practices.
  • Proactively contribute to the development and enhancement of multiple processes and relevant best practices.
  • Be responsible for knowledge transfer and development of team members.

What we'd love to see
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in digital, agency or tech-led environments.
  • Proven success selling complex CGI, production, creative and MarTech solutions, ideally in industries like CMT, CRL, MFG.
  • Business development expertise including contract writing, pricing strategy, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Experience in crafting and delivering RFP/tender responses with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management expertise with the ability to steer scope, risks, timelines, communication, and quality.
  • Adept at quickly navigating organizational complexity and cross-regional collaboration.
  • Flexible thinker who thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Superb verbal, written, presentation, organisational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, follow-through and responsiveness.
  • A positive, collaborative mindset: sense of humour, resilience, curiosity and a can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus).
  • Experience working with large, global IT organisations.
  • Experience working and navigating in large MarTech focussed organisations.
