About The Role:
We are seeking a super-talented Business Development Representative to join our US Esendex Sales Team. You will be on the front lines of our growth, playing a vital role in generating a high-quality pipeline and supporting our Account Executives. Empowered with industry-leading tools, comprehensive training, and real team support, you'll have everything you need to make an immediate impact and accelerate your career.
What You'll Do:
  • Outbound Prospecting: Generate new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct introductory conversations to assess a prospect's current infrastructure, pain points, timeline, and budget.
  • Pipeline Generation: Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and product demonstrations for our Account Executive (AE) team.
  • Market Intelligence: Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers (typically CIOs, CTOs, and IT Directors) and tailor outreach to their specific needs.
  • CRM Data Hygiene: Log all sales activities, notes, and buying signals accurately within Salesforce to ensure seamless handoffs to AEs.

  • Telecom or CPaaS experience is highly preferred, though we will consider candidates so long as they have Enterprise Business Development experience in complex industries.
