Job description

Administrative Assistant
We have a current full time position available Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime required at the end of month.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Bookkeeping
  • Some accounting experience ideal but not required
  • Daily deposit and data entry
  • Cash handling and receipt payments, including credit card payments
  • Verify totals of sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair orders
  • Review work orders for accuracy
  • Back up cashier/phone reception
  • Provide excellent customer service


Applicant MUST:

  • Be familiar with Excel/Google Docs
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks
  • Have excellent organizational skills
  • Be an enthusiastic team player
  • Be self-motivated
