What You'll Do
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks and submitting reports
  • Maintain EOS system and prepare for monthly meetings
  • Maintain digital and paper files
  • Maintain our internal project estimating system with past project data
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute project documentation
  • Organize office folders and banker boxes with past project files
  • Track project information using spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Follow up on forms, documents, and outstanding action items
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and other administrative processes
  • Conduct a mid-project check-in phone call with current remodeling clients
  • Route IT questions to our technical resource to troubleshoot
  • Answer phones and provide professional office support
We're Looking For Someone Who
  • At least 2 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Enjoys keeping projects and information on track
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is dependable and follows through on commitments
  • Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office products
