Administrative Assistant/Operations Support:

Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of their team. This role will primarily partner with the Operations Manager while also providing administrative support across the operations department as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys keeping projects organized, coordinating schedules, and helping teams operate efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Act as a liaison between operations, internal teams and external contacts.
  • Collect, track & update data for ongoing operational projects
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Assist with HR related tasks for operations including paperwork & PTO scheduling
  • Support departmental budgeting and invoice processing
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed
  • Assist with budgeting & invoice processing for the operations department


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, office management, or similar administrative role
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent organization & multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
