Administrative Assistant
7:30am-4pm | $19/hr | Butler, WI
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include, but are not limited to:
  • Greet and assist clients, vendors and visitors.
  • Maintain a secure, tidy lobby and reception area
  • Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls.
  • Take and deliver accurate messages
  • Manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Enter shipped orders into ERP billing system
  • Run open order reports and assist with looking up customer orders
  • Sort, log and distribute incoming mail and packages as well as outgoing mail
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant role:
  • Must have previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong customer service
